Job Purpose

  • Lead the Maintenance SAP Systems Team ,assures the integrity and the reliability of Maintenance  SAP Systems and SAP PM Module Data  are not impacted and ensure continuous  improvement strategies are implemented and aligned with department objectives.

Key Job Accountabilities – I

  • Lead the Maintenance SAP Systems team and coordinate Sap activities in alignment with Department objectives.
  • Manage the setting up, maintenance and support of all asset management solutions within Operations Group via SAP PM, Meridium APM, and other software to support maintenance.
  • Lead and conduct the evaluation and selection of new SAP related applications for Maintenance department in coordination with IT and other departments as needed.
  • Contribute to Company and affiliates Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity philosophies and best practices, and act as a change agent in creating awareness of and engraining continuous improvement culture.
  • Ensure SAP related changes requests are tested and implemented in SAP successfully
  • Manage SAP PM Roles (Creation, Adjustments, Testing), & Perform Annual SAP Access and Role Review.
  • Liaise with IT Team for supporting ongoing SAP Issues resolution e.g. troubleshooting to ensure system efficiencies.
  • Develop high complex analytical reports, benchmarking exercises to maintenance senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent

Knowledge and/or Experience – I

  • 8  years of maintenance experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Advanced knowledge within the area of specialization
  • Data analytics experience as well as utilization of Maintenance applications and software such as SAP PM Module, Meridium Primavera P6 and etc

Job Purpose

  • Lead the formulation and execution of the Corporate Annual Training Plan based on competence assessments, appraisal analysis and business needs

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)

  • Short deadlines and under time pressure to meet deliverables for difficult customers and stakeholders
  • Operates within a well-structured environment with a clear reporting framework, which continues to develop in line with business requirements.

Key Job Accountabilities – I

  • Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget estimates for non-technical Training include the monthly monitoring and reports and provide required recommendation and support to Head of Training and Education. In addition, monitor and review the accrual and variance analysis, prepare periodic reports on training costs and statistics to ensure training expenditures are within budgetary limits.
  • Coordinate and support the review of the organization-wide Behavioral competence gap analysis data with the Competence Development and Performance Management Division to determine priority group/departmental training needs to be addressed. Lead, review, and develop  Qatargas Training Catalouge.
  • Provide support to establish the required Training contract and monitor the training contract implementation and progress review. In addition, monitoring and implement procurement processes / forms for all training activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Training focal person in Training & Education team on all tasks related to training activities including training contract, training materials, management processes, training evaluation, training design, training analysis, etc.
  • Plan design, develop, and deliver appropriate learning interventions for all employees to suit the identified training including develop Training Curriculum/ Catalogue, etc.
  • Advice and review the required design, customize, resource and facilitate approved in-house training courses as maybe assigned by the Training & Education Head and recommend external courses, when necessary, to address training needs.

Key Job Accountabilities – II

  • Develop a detailed plan for the development and delivery of training and training materials. In addition, monitor the progress of the training delivery and training evaluation and provide / implement the required recommendation.
  • Formulate and implement standards in sourcing and monitoring the quality of external and internal training providers and consultants to ensure quality training is provided to address various gaps of staff.  In addition, monitor and evaluate the internal and external training courses’ delivery, development and application of suitable evaluation instruments, feedback analysis in order to submit valid reports and recommendations.
  • Provide the required support to Head of Training & Education for any projects / activities / system related to Training and development as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Industrial Management.

Knowledge and/or Experience

  • 8 years varied experience in human resources development preferably in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry including 3 years in a supervisory role.
