- Providing Information technology security risk advisory services, to various business initiatives, working with business sponsors, project staff, vendor partners, to deploy the most effective integrated technical solutions.
- Engineer solutions and undertake advisory services to drive compliance against QNB policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL, SABSA and COBIT.
- Manage post-event reviews to identify root causes and highlight corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve IT security issues
- Research and propose information security products and services to protect and enhance the Group’s defences form cyberattacks both at the infrastructure and application.
- Recommend network, software and technology modifications.

- University Graduate in computer science, computer engineering or related subjects. Masters degree preferred.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank or large corporate in an information security engineering capacity
- Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA is mandatory
- Security engineering certifications and qualifications in Microsoft operating systems (such as MCSA, MCSE, et al) or Linux (such as RHCP, et al) are mandatory
- Excellent understanding of Information security technologies including firewalls, proxies, web application firewalls, IDS/IPS, ATP and sandbox solutions, EDR, vulnerability scanners, DLP, data classification tools, PAM, IAM, DDOS mitigation systems and more
- Excellent administration skills on Microsoft and Linux servers.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Buy and sell securities on behalf of HNI clients.
- Execute orders from HNI clients/call centre executive/front desk via any form of authorized communication channel.
- Document orders and transactions regarding trading activities.
- Maintain solid client relationships by providing factual market intelligence in all the markets where QNB is active without providing investment advice.
- Provide pre and post market updates to clients
- Maintain a high standard of professional service to all clients creating a differentiating factor between QNB and competitors.
- Perform trades manually on QE system in the event of OMS breakdown (After taking the required approvals)
- Resolve customer queries / complaints.
- Assist the sales department in converting leads of HNI clients by marketing the brokerage and advisory services and capabilities in all active markets and successfully presenting the service offerings of QNB and their value proposition
- Ensure adherence to legal, compliance and risk management policies and procedures and regulations
- Ensuring efficient and professional management of orders, execution of transactions and reporting of trades.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in finance / marketing /economics /marketing
At least 5 years of experience in relationship management with at least 3 years in a Brokerage firm with Broker/Dealer experience preferred primarily covering UHNI and HNI clients
Additional skills:
– Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills
– Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge about QE & QFMA regulations
– Use of Industry terms and vocabulary
– Ability to work well with people
– Exceptional organization and time management skills
– Excellent communication and listening skills in Arabic and English is a plus
– Work with high level internal and external clients on a daily basis
