Brief Description
Tocontribute to the implementation of the press office short and long term plansin ensuring good coverage in all the media platforms and keep a strongrelationship with internal and external stakeholders. To utilize and coordinatethe activities of the media monitoring agency in order to ensure good qualityin all the press materials sent from the press office.

Detailed Description
Assist the Head of Press Office in preparing a proactive media engagement plan, towards establishing and maintaining cordial relationships with media contacts, agencies and networks in target markets
Assist in organizing press conferences within agreed timelines and budget; take ownership for preparation of press kit and coordination for other arrangements; document, upload on news center and archive for future reference
Prepare and maintain a comprehensive database of validated and categorized media contacts
Participate in the planning and execution of projects assigned by Press Office Unit Head or Department Manager
Take ownership of development and production of media monitoring reports
Maintain a comprehensive record of external media requests and a filming/photography external request log
Maintain QF Press Release archive, and forward periodically to Documentary for official archiving
Ensure media interviews are accompanied by an Interview Brief and all mini-campaigns are accompanied by a Media Plan; draft relevant plans as needed
Ensure that all Press Office services to the QF centers are delivered within the agreed service levels and shared with the Services Specialist prior to agreed deadline
Assist in utilizing the media monitoring service and provide regular reports that serve the press office purpose
Cooperate with Business Excellence Unit for process audits
Drive media relations initiatives, ensuring the press are kept updated on QF and program-related activities, efforts and initiatives
Develop and implement a media relations policy to provide specific guidance to QF departments and leaders about who can engage the media and how; coordinate all media monitoring and recording
Drive the development and consistent update of press materials and external communications products including general web site content, QF press releases, executive biographies, backgrounders, presentations and other corporate literature explaining and illustrating QF initiatives and progress
Draft and support distribution of press releases

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications/Marketing with 6-8 years of relevant work experience; expertise in feature and copywriting, preferably in a media-related setting, as well as knowledge of branding and advertising strongly preferred
Very good planning and time management skills

Detailed Description

  • Create, implement and execute an event’s Project plan for all Events Unit
  • Assist the supervisor in preparing events calendar for corporate events by liaising with other departments and centers of QF to
  • collate information, circulate updated copies of events calendar to all relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with other departments and QF Entities to ensure provision of appropriate manpower and resources to execute events
  • Review and develop scope of work of all corporate events before submitting to Supervisor
  • Prepare event brief and provide inputs towards developing the event project plan; participate in cross-functional meeting for
  • finalizing event plan; circulate to all relevant stakeholders, file and archive the finalized event project plan for implementation
  • Assist the supervisor/end user for selecting venue options, performers, finalize seating plan, ensure logistics (e.g. event program
  • schedule, catering etc.) and security arrangements are in place, dispatch invites to guests
  • Assist Supervisor/end user in the coordination for all logistics, including invitation content, guest lists, catering arrangements,
  • presentation materials, audiovisual support, media services, webcasting, photography, security procedures, signage
  • opportunities, messaging opportunities, collateral, gifts, etc.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for collaterals and gifts, and maintain budgetary records
  • Coordinate for the logistics involved in the event and ensure timely production and dispatch of collaterals and ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment required for the event
  • Assist Protocol Team in the preparation of the final guest list for events for the initial approval of the supervisor; identify VIPs/VVIPs where involvement of Protocol team is required
  • Coordinate the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently
  • Coordinate post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)
  • Help analyze and evaluate on a qualitative/quantitative basis the effectiveness of each event based on established goals and objectives related to events production
  • Understand and ensure compliance to all applicable legal and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide inputs to the Supervisor for preparing/updating the vendor appraisal forms; file and archive all documentation related to vendor appraisals and communicate same to vendors
  • Work with the Supervisor to identify and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards; report these and other
  • key metrics for use in management decision making
  • Provide support during process audits; implement and monitor corrective actions identified during audit
  • Participate in operational review meetings with the team to discuss tasks list and report on status of existing jobs and projects
  • Oversee the day to day operations and aspects of assigned projects/task and generate reports on the activities and project
  • outcomes for higher level management reference
  • Any other reasonable task assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Management or related field, PMP certification, or other professional certification for event management
  • 2-5 years of work experience in events department or event management company
  • Knowledge of event management processes
  • Good written and oral communication skills; Arabic proficiency is essential

  • Oversee the information security roadmap, propose, review, and monitor the action plans accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information/business management, engineering or equivalent degree.
  • 6 -8 years of relevant full-time work experience in IT environment or business operations.
  • 2+ years of experience with Cloud platforms such as Oracle cloud, Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Cloud security practices
  • 4+ years of experience in IT Security management, and/or Risk Management Domain
  • Certification in one or more of the following; ITIL, CISM, CSA, CGEIT, ISO 27001, TOGAF, CGEIT, Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, COBIT or similar.
  • Courses in the following assessments: CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, analytical skills, business intelligence skills, ECIH, GCIH, OSINT, CompTIA Security+;

  • Shall have general knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery methodologies
