Area Manager will support the operational strategy for our kitchens, drive operations with a team built up of specialists and elite players, and execute plans across the entire group operation, This will include further brand expansion and new kitchen establishment throughout Qatar

What You’ll Do

  • Be responsible for quality operations and continuous optimization of kitchen and store performance
  • Act as role model to your team and be “obsessed” with everything that relates to food quality, exceptional customer service and team success
  • Be accountable for the people in your area – involved in recruitment, training, coaching and motivation of all team members
  • Take accountability for success and satisfaction of brands operated in your stores
  • Provide on-going support to OPS teams and escalate, when necessary, to resolve disruptions in areas such as facilities, supply, central production, local authorities, community relations etc.
  • Own business planning, sales and profit (P&L) of his/her respective area
  • Collaborate with all Kitopi functions to facilitate effective flow of information between kitchens and the support team

What Are We Looking For?

  • Have strong restaurant or F&B experience (min. 2 years) in a large organization as multi-unit manager and understand the complexity of multi-branded restaurant business
  • Be able to operate in a changing and versatile environment, understanding operations, sales, data analytics and project management
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, be detail orientated with a high level of integrity and ability to work under pressure

Product Specialist – Technical Support

In addition to on-demand meals cooked in our cloud kitchens, we also offer subscription-based meal plans and a first-of-its-kind virtual food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Role:
We are seeking a Product Specialist – Technical Support to configure and synchronize our technical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with agile teams. Your goal is to leverage tech solutions to optimize kitchen operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Determining business needs via consultation, observation and feedback gathering
  • Launching new kitchens from technical perspective
  • Configuring the technical environment and implementing features across kitchens
  • Working on incidents and service requests logged through the ticketing platform
  • Provide end to end resolution for technical issues with applications
  • Provide training to operate the in house applications
  • Measuring adoptions of the implemented features
  • Coordinating with the product’s squads to provide feedback time-to-time
  • Ensure that there is minimum downtime to the products that we support by monitoring and taking proactive measures

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • Experience working with Jira service management tool
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience with SaaS.
  • Experience in the F&B is a big plus
  • Experience in automating tasks and workflows
