As Marketing Coordinator

  • Ensure brand compliance and enhance Doka brand positioning in the country
  • Implement campaigns and programs
  • Organize photo shoots, site visits and interviews
  • Monitor trends of customer needs and observe competitors
  • Continuous collaboration and feedback with Management, including corporate reporting
  • Support the project intelligence databases
  • Send out PR and contribute to various prints with support of Management
  • Manage business stationery and market collateral
  • Procure marketing items, negotiate with suppliers and maintain marketing inventory
  • Upkeep of the Doka warehouse and office marketing displays
  • Custodian of all marketing IT gadgets and equipment
  • Annual planning with KPI achievement and regular update (ad plan, marketing calendar)
  • Support Sales with E-Commerce, Pre-qualifications, Training Certificates, communication with end user for vendors approvals and ADHOC customer requests
  • Support management for internal marketing efforts

As Project Coordinator

  • Optimize, develop and implement organizational processes with each department for specific Projects
  • Initiate, manage and coordinate internal project teams during all stages of key projects to ensure a smooth project execution and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Act as a link between clients and Doka by conducting regular site visits with Doka team, to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, problem and complaints solving, and assistance with delivery / return schedules.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations and Engineering departments to manage customer accounts and projects.
  • Confirm that accuracy of products and services sold and rented are in accordance to the terms of the contract
  • Analyze risks and opportunities, monitor the progress of a project and coordinate any issues that may arise.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and project site stakeholders.
  • Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities during or after project execution.
  • Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings from site and internal project meetings.

Qualifications

  • Business/Administration Qualification
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and project coordination,
  • Excellent User of Microsoft Office
  • Commercial and basic technical understanding
  • Ideally: experience in logistics and construction industry in ME
  • Ideally: Experience with ADOBE/InDesign

As a Yard Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the yard’s operation, ensuring an extremely efficient, safe and organized yard.  Your taks include:

. Live the company policy and assure compliance with such.

. Support and promote the strategy realization.

. Ensure compliance with quality standards and warehouse processes, tracking and integrating changes into daily processes.

. Comply with the Doka storage rules as well as the storage and packaging order of equipment.

. Equip the working place with the relevant tools and formwork material for reconditioning.

. Service and maintenance of tools for yard operation (forklift, cranes, high-pressure cleaner, circular saw, routers and small tools).

. Prepare IC containers breakdown / Control material quality to avoid complaints and reconditioning charges.

. Ensure the storage of the materials in accordance with the storage regulations.

.Preparing, conduct and explore differences of quarterly and yearly inventories .

. Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and the yard

. Prepare quality control.

. Coordinate and control material receipts, storage, customer deliveries and returns and reconditioning of formwork.

. Optimize yard traffic.

. Complaint Management

. Demand and promote the delegation of tasks and the development of teams.

. Continuous staff development, skills-assessment of employees and training plan.

. Induction of new employees (training plan, safety measures).

. Active communication support (conversation culture, feedback, problem solving, decision making, presentation).

. Active conflict management.

. Property and asset protection.

. Any other task given by the line manager

Qualifications

. 5 years supervisory experience in yard, inventory or warehouse management  – in a formwork industry as a plus.

. 5 years practical experience in yard management and repair.

. Solid technical know-how and advanced knowledge in commercial processes.

. Practice in operating forklifts, slewing and portal cranes.

. Working knowledge in qualitative / quantitative staff planning, valuation of staff qualification, staff development and target agreement.

. Working knowledge of delegation, allocation of tasks, self and team management, project management and moderation.

. Knowledge of continuous improvement and innovation process.

. Team management experience, preferably in an international and multicultural environment.

. Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications specially Excel.

. Experience in LOG KPIs / yard layout development.
