- Ensure process engineering activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, project specifications and approved variations if any.
- Resolve engineering issues that may arise and communicate with the Project Execution Team. Elevate issues to higher levels when necessary.
- Develop, update and amend various policies and procedures related to Projects Management Department as and when required in consultation with the Head of Projects Engineering Support and other team members.
- Support the engineering team of external organizations, entities appointed representatives to ensure engineering design addresses each companies’ expectations consistent with COMPANY, QE and Project’s objectives.
- Evaluate complex tasks and provide appropriate recommendations to management on issues. Provide support to other disciplines and contribute to other multi-disciplinary tasks.
- Be familiar with all Project Philosophies and Procedures and ensure that these are applied to the specification, design and procurement of equipments.
- Ensures compliance with COMPANY systems and processes including the COMPANY Project Management System (COMPANYPMS) and maintains support and adoption of all processes. Prepare plans and work schedules that ensure effective completion of projects.
- Monitors and provides necessary guidance to the FEED, EPC Contractor(s) and all 3rd Party Services throughout the project phases. Ensures the facilities are constructed per the scope, meeting COMPANY standards and specifications, within the time and project cost approved by the shareholders.
- Support other engineers in complex analyses and assignments and provides expertise to ensure completion of activities within schedule
What you need to bring:
- Degree in Engineering or Science majoring in Engineering in the area of specialization
- 8 years’ experience within Oil and Gas industry, of which 4 years’ are in project management team role. Preferable has a strong knowledges, experiences and skills in dynamic simulation.

- Promotes and monitors key processes such as Deficiency Reporting, Specification Deviation Request, Non-conformance Request, Corrective Action Reports, etc.
- Conducts Construction Assessments (CA) to verify Contractor’s quality management system and project specification compliance.
- Requires the ability to effectively communicate quality at project & functional level
- The Lead Quality must exhibit a high degree of computer literacy & coordination skills
- Demonstrates the highest level of integrity in dealing with all parties and communicates concisely in written and verbal context; prepares high quality written reporting
- Provides input to COMPANY Lessons Learned process.
- Report input to Head of Site Quality on quality performance metrics and KPI’s related to QA/QC activities.
- Review quality documentations/record such as Quality Plans, ITP’s and other Contractor’s deliverable as directed by Head of Quality-EPC 2
What you need to bring:
- 15 years’ experience associated with Quality Control & coordination of quality activities within the Oil & Gas Construction Industry. At least 7 years in lead / supervisory role.
- Preferred: Associates Engineering or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Materials or Science.
- Experience with multi-national contractors, those involved in Piping fabrication yards and construction of LNG Onshore facilities
- Strong coordination skills, extensive quality experience in responsible roles on major engineering & construction projects with specific experience on quality activities related to Piping prefabrication, welding & NDE, painting yards and preservation efforts.
- Experienced in facilitating & coordinating efforts to resolve interfaces issues

biweekly basis the main highlights and AOC to Project Manager thru dedicated presentation.• Consolidate the input and KPI received from the different Packages AQC Coordinators and issue the QAQC Weekly Report for Phase 3.• To be the focal point for Surveillance and TPI frame agreements, follow-up the budget consumption over
the Packages and ensure that the Surveillance Process (selection of inspectors, Service Order process and Notification Of Inspection) is properly implemented.• To be closely involved in the resolution of major Quality issues and regularly report the closure progress to Management.
• To monitor Key processes over the Project Packages, such as Management of Change and New Vendors approval.• To support the Project Package teams to ensure contractors develop and implement surveillance plans in accordance with Project Requirements.
• To support the Project work package teams to develop and implement the criticality assessment and surveillance plans in a consistent manner across all the Packages.• Bring a strong support in Welding, NDT and Material for LLI supply activity and during EPC execution.• To review documentation from main Contractor and Vendor within EDMS.
• To review and answer Deviation Requests or Concessions request pertaining to QAQC and raise associated CMS DEV (Derogation) when required.• To raise Quality issues or Risk to Contractor to Project Manager and prepare contractual Letters accordingly.
• To provide feed-back on Contractor, Vendor and Surveillance / TPI agencies and implement recommendations for future projects.• At the end of each Package execution, to manage the REX by ensuring that all Individual Close-Out reports are issued and Lessons Learnt captures.
• To establish Job Description for QAQC Team members across the packages.• To participate to Project Risk reviews and bring input regarding Quality, welding, NDT and Material Risks and opportunities.• To report regularly to his hierarchical superior and carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned
