1. Maintains GMP and GHP in all activities and report to management when these practices are not implemented

1. Achieves 99.9% service levels to Sales.
2. Provides a practical plan to Dairy & Plastic Factory with optimized utilization of resources.
3. Coordinates and communicates all plans, schedules, changes, and modifications to appropriate departments.
4. Controls, monitors, and plans production filling to ensure efficient and timely delivery, distribution of fresh products for picking and loading.<br />
5. Reviews and schedules shutdown requests from the Engineering department without affecting service to Sales.
6. Minimizes non-conformance and concessions by adhering to every filling plan to the norms and standards as outlined by the standard operating procedures.
7. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines and behaviors and compliance with SOPs.
8. Ensures all changes in the plans are well communicated to all concerned departments.
9. Maintains excellent team-oriented working relationships among all employees.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
11. Ensures that daily production plans (hourly basis) meet 99.9% service level to Sales.
12. Ensures the development of a schedule that utilizes labor, materials, and machinery in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

2. Prepares reconciliation of Debtors Account and coordinate for timely resolution for any dispute
3. Prepares inventory, receivables, payables, efficiency, production cost and other financial reports for manager review
4. Issues debit/credit notes to suppliers/customers based on goods/services delivered or returned
5. Posting of invoices in ERP system after performing due verification
6. Ensures compliance with internal control as per approved policies procedures

8. Assists in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations
9. Records Manages payments, salaries, petty cash and receivable through cash/cheque/voucher in a timely manner
