We are hiring Senior Sales Engineer for our Energy Service Sales Segment

Location: Alfa Laval Qatar – Doha

We are looking for a determined and passionate Sr. Sales Engineer In the economic hub of Qatar . As a key member of the sales team, you will build a close relationship with our customers in dealing with technical sales enquiries, producing accurate and competitive quotes and being able to source solutions to meet our customer’s needs.

You Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and to internal stakeholders. You are motivated by customer relations, results and continuous improvement.

About the job

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Work with the External & Inside Sales teams to meet and where possible exceed the customer’s

requirements/expectations, which includes:

1. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services;
2. Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
3. Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services,
4. Develop complex and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up,
5. Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
6. Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection).
7. Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decision

You have-

1. Knowledge of Commercial /incoterms

2. Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency

3. You demonstrate Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are your strengths

5. You have an ability to express ideas clearly both in written and verbal formats

6.  Strong attention to detail and follow-up skillset

7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email systems, specifically strong excel skills

8. Team work and team player

Qualification & Experience

Engineering graduate / Diploma holder with 3-5 years’ experience as Sr. SaIes Engineer having robust experience of handling quotation and customer communication.
