Responsible for handling Crewing and Manning logistics for Offshore, Harbor and Main Fleet. Keeping abreast with Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) and documentation of crew and providing qualified manpower to vessels as per STCW & Safe Manning requirements. Serve as a point of contact between the crew and vessel for any inquiries. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Actively recruit crews from the international market place in order to meet crewing requirements for all contracts via agencies, job boards, internet and other means Be first point of contact for potential employees, vet and authenticate resumes and qualification/certifications with issuing bodies and provide information for recruitment agencies, potential and existing employees including assisting with external enquiries Conduct one-on-one interview in English with candidates from all countries to ascertain technical knowledge, suitability of the applicant and breadth of experience Arrange all security passes, port passes and certificates required by Qatar Ports and organize immigration and visas via government departments. Coordinate with Port authorities to obtain approvals and clearances Issue personal protective equipment during the induction phase, coordinate maintenance of equipment stock and replenishment of items Negotiate salary and employment contract details for new employees, negotiate the same for existing and extending personnel. Functional Responsibilities • Monitor and Order Products with International & local Suppliers based on Forecast from Operation should be evaluated and ensure to highlights any Over Forecasting or Under Forecasting that may lead to Out of Stock situation or Excess Stock condition.

• Releasing the Purchase orders to International Suppliers to monitor and ensure that the orders will arrive as per the requested ETAs. Any delays or advance shipments should be highlighted immediately.

• Preparing the Purchase Order after Pro-forma Invoice Confirmation or after receiving the order confirmation and sending a copy of the same to supplier.

• Monitors the Prices, Packing & Brand of each product that being ordered to International Suppliers, any Decrease and Increase on prices should be highlighted.

• Checks the accuracy of shipping documents from various Suppliers, such as Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Halal Certificate, Test reports and Bill of Lading as per Qatar Standard.

• Coordinates with Government departments, Customs Authorities and clearing agent for all the shipments which having issues or containers being held or detained at Port

. • Physical check of sample items before posting it in the system. Make sure that the GWC Stock Code, Description and Packing Size tallies with our system -SAP.

• Ensure all GRN related Process. Ensure Timely submission of Documents from SC dept to Accounts. • Verification of landed cost. • Checking the accuracy of all Invoices. • Send claims to suppliers related to those items with Issues to be paid by them

• AVAILABILITY- Daily check the stocks level at warehouse across categories and place the order to vendors for timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.

• Coordinate physical counts, perform reconciliation, and time adjustments in the system. • Perform Monthly analysis of stock levels, expiries ,disposal and reports in SAP.

• Proactively identify and implement continuous quality and cost improvements
